The detail
The reason training shorts ride up is friction between two loose layers, so the inner short here is bonded to the waistband and cut with a longer leg than the outer, which keeps the two from fighting. The outer is a light woven with four-way stretch and a bonded hem instead of a stitched one, so there is no seam at the thigh. There is a zipped pocket at the back and a phone sleeve in the inner short.
