Sizing and fit
Footwear is graded on UK sizing and every product page carries a fit verdict drawn from customer reviews rather than from our own last. Apparel is cut straight rather than slim, and we publish the inseam and fabric weight so you can compare against something you already own. If a product runs small, the page says so.
Shipping and delivery
Orders leave the Columbus warehouse within one business day. US addresses usually see delivery in three business days, the UK and EU in four to seven. Shipping is free over $35 and always free for members. Signature on delivery is available for a $3 fee.
Returns and warranty
Thirty days to return anything unworn in its original box. Members return free; everyone else pays the return carrier. Footwear carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, which covers sole separation and stitching failure but not ordinary outsole wear.
How it is made
Product is designed in Denver and made by partner factories in Portugal and Vietnam. We publish weight, stack height, drop and fabric weight on every product because those are the numbers that decide whether something suits you, and because a brand that will not publish them is usually hiding the answer.
